About the role
Role overview
You will join DataAnnotation as a Frontend Web Developer to help train and evaluate AI models, specifically by giving AI chatbots coding challenges and assessing their responses.
Responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges
- Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness and performance
- Review and debug/solve problems to improve model quality
- Explain how your solutions address each coding task
Requirements
- Proficient in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript and/or Python
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) and explain the solution approach
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Strong detail orientation
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Nice to have
- A Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed)
Contract & logistics
- Remote position (full-time or part-time)
- Independent contract work with hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour and bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
- Payments via PayPal; only applicants in the United States are considered
