About the role
Role overview
Frontend Web Developer (remote, independent contract) to help train and evaluate AI models. You’ll create and assess coding challenges and measure chatbot performance by evaluating logic, correctness, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
- Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions work
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) using at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented approach
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)
Contract & compensation
- Remote; full-time or part-time
- Independent contract
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Paid via PayPal; U.S.-only applicants
