Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Frontend Web Developer to train and evaluate AI models. You will design and solve coding challenges and assess chatbot responses to improve correctness and overall quality.

Responsibilities

Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI-generated content for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and clearly explain how your solutions address the prompt

Requirements

Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain solutions
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) is preferred but not required

Compensation & Work Model

Remote position (full-time or part-time)
Hourly paid work up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume results
Independent contract; payments made via PayPal
You can choose which projects you want to work on and work on your own schedule
