Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Frontend Web Developer helping to train and evaluate AI models. You’ll create and grade AI chatbot coding challenges, assess the quality of outputs, and solve coding problems to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges
Evaluate chatbot responses for correctness and performance
Assess the logic and quality of outputs and help improve model quality

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode / HackerRank) in a supported language, and explain how your solution works
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Additional Information

Remote role with flexible scheduling
Independent contract position
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal; only U.S. applicants are considered
