About the role
Role Overview
You’ll work as a Frontend Web Developer helping to train and evaluate AI chatbots. The work focuses on testing chatbot performance, assessing logic and outputs, and improving model quality through coding challenges and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Create or provide coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
- Assess AI-generated results for correctness and performance
- Solve programming problems and explain how your solutions work
Requirements
- Proficiency in Frontend Web Development and at least one of:
- Python
- JavaScript
- Ability to code and solve problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) using at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented approach
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- A bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) is preferred but not required
Compensation & Work Details
- Remote position (full-time or part-time)
- Independent contract role
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Work on your own schedule; you can choose which projects to take on
