About the role
Role overview
Join DataAnnotation as a Frontend Web Developer to help train and evaluate AI models/chatbots. You’ll assess chatbot responses, measure progress, and solve coding problems to improve model quality.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Assess AI-generated results for correctness and performance
- Debug and solve coding problems, including explaining how your solutions work
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to solve coding problems using one or more languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, HTML, SQL, C#, C++, Swift)
- Strong algorithms, data structures, and debugging skills
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented approach to evaluation
Nice-to-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) in any field
Work setup & logistics
- Remote position; part-time or full-time
- Independent contract work paid hourly (up to $60 USD/hour), with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
