About the role
Role Overview
Join DataAnnotation as a Frontend Web Developer to help train and improve AI models. You will assess AI chatbot outputs, evaluate logic and quality, and solve coding problems to increase model performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide coding challenges to AI chatbots
- Evaluate AI outputs for:
- Correctness
- Performance
- Assess model quality and debug/solve problems to improve results
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of:
- Python
- JavaScript
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain how solutions work
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented approach
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Preferred
- Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree
Contract & Compensation
- Independent contract role
- Remote (US applicants only)
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal
