About the role

Role Overview

You’ll join the DataAnnotation team to train and evaluate AI chatbots. The work involves creating and assessing coding challenges, reviewing model outputs, and improving the quality of each AI model.

Responsibilities

Provide coding challenges to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI-generated solutions for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions work

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of the following: Python and/or JavaScript
Proficient in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank)
Ability to explain how solutions solve the problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented with experience in algorithms, data structures, and debugging
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in progress/completed)

Compensation & Work Setup

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract work
You can choose which projects to work on and set your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Payments via PayPal (no payment requested from applicants)
