About the role

Role Overview

You’ll join DataAnnotation as a Frontend Web Developer to train and evaluate AI chatbots. The job centers on measuring model progress, assessing response quality, and solving coding problems to improve each model.

Responsibilities

Create and give coding challenges to AI chatbots
Evaluate AI outputs for:
- Correctness
- Performance
Debug, solve, and explain coding solutions to improve model quality

Requirements

Proficiency in either Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode / HackerRank) in at least one programming language:
- JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Ability to explain how your solution solves the problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)

Compensation & Work Details

Remote; part-time or full-time
Independent contract position
Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour plus bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Paid via PayPal (currency conversions handled by PayPal)
Only applicants in the United States are considered
You can choose projects and your own schedule
