About the role

Role Overview

As a Frontend Web Developer, you will help train AI models by evaluating AI chatbot performance. You’ll give coding challenges, review the model’s logic and outputs, and solve programming problems to improve overall quality.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges.
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance.
Assess model logic and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
For coding problems, explain how your solution solves the problem.

Qualifications

Proficiency in at least one programming language, specifically JavaScript and/or Python (required).
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and communicate reasoning behind solutions.
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
Detail-oriented approach.
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

Remote (choose your own schedule).
Independent contract position.
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
Payment via PayPal.
