Role Overview

Frontend Web Developer (Remote, independent contract) You will help train and improve AI models by creating/evaluating coding challenges for AI chatbots and measuring model progress through correctness and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges and review their outputs
Evaluate AI model responses for correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve overall model quality
For each coding problem, explain how your solution works

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) and communicate reasoning
Proficiency in at least one programming language among: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Compensation & Logistics

Remote (United States only)
Choose which projects to work on; you can work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour plus bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payments via PayPal (no money requested from applicants)
