Role overview

As a Frontend TypeScript Engineer (AI Training) at Alignerr, you will review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated TypeScript code to ensure it reflects strict type safety, modern architecture, and production-grade frontend practices.

Responsibilities

Review AI-generated TypeScript for:
- strict type safety
- interface accuracy
- correct generics usage
- appropriate utility types
Build complex, type-safe frontend components following modern web architecture best practices.
Provide detailed technical analysis of architectural decisions and type-driven development strategies.
Identify and flag ambiguities/errors in AI responses, especially around:
- complex type definitions
- asynchronous patterns
- frontend system design
Help AI models learn the nuances of scalable, type-safe TypeScript across real-world frameworks.

Requirements

Deep expertise in TypeScript, including static typing, generics, interfaces, and utility types.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience with modern frontend/full-stack frameworks such as React, Angular, Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Node.js.
Strong written communication skills to explain complex technical decisions clearly.
Detail-oriented, methodical, and high standards for code quality.
Comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
CS degree (preferred, not required).

Nice to have

Experience with data annotation, model evaluation, or AI training workflows.
Familiarity with code review processes and technical documentation.
Background in software architecture, design patterns, or developer tooling.

Contract details

Fully remote, flexible schedule
10–40 hours/week
Hourly contract; potential for ongoing work and extension
