Frontend TypeScript Engineer

Role Overview

You’ll work as a Senior Frontend TypeScript Engineer (AI Training), reviewing and improving AI-generated TypeScript so models learn what true type-safe, scalable, modern frontend development looks like. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract (10–40 hours/week).

What You’ll Do

• Review AI-generated TypeScript for:
  • strict type safety
  • interface accuracy
  • correct use of generics and utility types
• Build complex, type-safe frontend components following modern web architecture best practices
• Provide detailed technical analysis of architectural decisions and type-driven development strategies
• Identify and flag issues/ambiguities in AI responses involving:
  • complex type definitions
  • asynchronous patterns
  • frontend system design
• Help AI models understand scalable, production-grade TypeScript across real-world frameworks

Who You Are

• Deep expertise in TypeScript (static typing, generics, interfaces, utility types)
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with modern frontend or full-stack frameworks such as:
  • React, Angular, Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Node.js
• Strong written communication to explain complex decisions clearly
• Detail-oriented and methodical with high code quality standards
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• CS degree preferred (not required)

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, model evaluation, or AI training workflows
• Familiarity with code review processes and technical documentation
• Background in software architecture, design patterns, or developer tooling
