Frontend TypeScript Developer

Role Overview

As a Frontend TypeScript Developer (AI Training), you’ll review and guide AI-generated frontend TypeScript code to ensure it meets real-world standards for type safety, scalability, and modern architecture. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role (10–40 hours/week) for senior developers.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated TypeScript code for strict type safety, correct interface design, and proper use of generics and utility types
• Develop complex, type-safe frontend components aligned with modern web architecture
• Provide clear technical commentary on architecture decisions and type-driven development strategies
• Identify and flag weaknesses in AI responses involving:
  • complex type definitions
  • asynchronous patterns
  • frontend edge cases
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Requirements

• Deep expertise in TypeScript (static typing, generics, interfaces, utility types)
• 3–5 years hands-on experience with modern frontend/full-stack frameworks such as React, Angular, Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Node.js
• Strong written communication to clearly explain technical decisions
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to catching subtle errors and explaining why
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science (or related field) preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, model evaluation, or AI-assisted development workflows
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and type-safe API design patterns
• Experience with monorepos, design systems, or large-scale frontend architectures
