Frontend TypeScript Developer

Role Overview

You’ll be a Frontend TypeScript Developer (AI Training), reviewing and guiding AI-generated frontend code. Your TypeScript expertise will help ensure outputs meet standards for type safety, scalability, and modern architecture, making AI-generated code more accurate and useful for developers.

Type: Hourly Contract | Hours: 10–40 hours/week | Location: Fully remote

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated TypeScript for strict type safety, correct interface design, and proper use of generics and utility types.
• Develop complex, type-safe frontend components that reflect modern web architecture.
• Provide clear technical commentary on architectural decisions and type-driven development.
• Identify and flag weaknesses in AI responses involving:
  • complex type definitions
  • asynchronous patterns
  • frontend edge cases
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in TypeScript, including static typing, generics, interfaces, and utility types.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with modern frontend/full-stack frameworks such as React, Angular, Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Node.js.
• Strong written communication to explain technical decisions clearly.
• Detail-oriented, methodical approach to catching subtle issues and understanding why they’re wrong.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, model evaluation, or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and type-safe API design patterns.
• Exposure to monorepos, design systems, or large-scale frontend architectures.
