Role

Frontend Software Engineer (Contract) in the Expert Services department. This is a remote role based in the USA, delivering responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces for clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement responsive and accessible front-end interfaces aligned to client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, consultancy) to translate ideas into technical solutions
Build proof-of-concept apps, reusable UI components, and automation scripts as needed
Engage with clients to understand needs and provide technical guidance
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO
Debug and troubleshoot integrations with REST and GraphQL APIs (using appropriate tools)
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

Requirements

Proven front-end development experience with a portfolio demonstrating responsive and accessible interfaces
Strong HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript framework experience with React, Next.js, or SvelteKit
Experience with component-based architectures and API-driven systems (REST/GraphQL)
Knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and SEO best practices
Familiarity with debugging tools such as Postman and browser developer tools
Understanding of CMS platforms and related technologies (to be specified on the CV)
Ability to start immediately or on short notice
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with high ownership

Primary developer in a small agile team owning tasks from conception to deployment
