Role Overview

Frontend Software Engineer (Contract, Remote)

You will produce accurate, pixel-perfect frontend UI implementations and supporting documentation by translating component style guides and screenshots into consistent, accessible web components. This work is also used to inform the training and development of advanced AI models.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality technical documentation and structured examples from real-world frontend scenarios.
• Evaluate UI implementations, styling decisions, and frontend best practices.
• Interpret component style guides and interface screenshots and convert them into precise UI deliverables.
• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive web components using modern frontend technologies.
• Ensure UI elements adhere to established design systems and accessibility standards.
• Optimize UI performance for fast load times and smooth interactions across devices.
• Collaborate asynchronously via clear documentation and constructive feedback in a remote-first environment.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve inconsistencies or ambiguities in design specifications.
• Contribute domain expertise to guide training/development of advanced AI models.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience delivering high-quality frontend solutions.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and CSS3.
• Responsive web design expertise.
• Proven ability to build pixel-perfect interfaces from visual references.
• Experience working with and extending component style guides and design systems.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to deliver autonomously in distributed environments.

Nice to Have

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
