About the role

Role Overview

Frontend Software Engineer (Contract, Remote). You will translate real-world UI scenarios into accurate, pixel-perfect, responsive web components and produce high-quality technical documentation based on style guides and screenshots.

Scope of Work

  • Create structured technical documentation and examples from frontend engineering scenarios.
  • Evaluate UI implementations, styling decisions, and frontend best practices.
  • Interpret and translate component style guides and interface screenshots into consistent UI deliverables.
  • Implement pixel-perfect, responsive web components using modern web technologies (notably TypeScript and CSS3).
  • Ensure UI elements follow design systems and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate asynchronously using clear documentation and constructive feedback in a remote-first environment.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve inconsistencies/ambiguities in design specifications.
  • Optimize UI performance (fast load times and smooth interactions) across devices.
  • Contribute domain expertise to guide the training and development of advanced AI models.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience delivering high-quality frontend solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  • Proven ability to build pixel-perfect interfaces from visual references.
  • Experience working with and extending component style guides / design systems.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to deliver autonomously in distributed environments.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
