About the role

Role Overview

SpotGamma is seeking a Frontend React Engineer for a full-time, remote position. You will build and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly web interfaces that support market analysis and trading insights.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain frontend web interfaces
Build React components and iterate on user experience
Collaborate with backend engineers and designers
Troubleshoot issues and support cross-browser compatibility
Contribute to the design process to improve UX

Requirements

Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with state management (e.g., Redux or Context API)
Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Knowledge of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming
Familiarity with modern tooling such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, and package managers (npm/yarn/bun)
Experience with Git
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork and communication
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Haves

Experience in finance/trading
Rust experience is a big plus
