Role overview

Join Dailymotion as a Frontend React Developer (B2C Website). You’ll work on the Website team to own the core video watching experience and SEO stack for dailymotion.com, delivering polished, high-quality UI and interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

Build and implement functional and aesthetically pleasing UI for dailymotion.com, with strong focus on frontend quality and user experience.
Collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces by translating mockups into production-ready components.
Own visual and interactive quality of the product by:
- fixing bugs
- improving performance
Support backend work when needed by contributing to services and APIs.
Contribute to SEO best practices and web performance (e.g., Core Web Vitals, SSR).

Requirements

Strong command of ReactJS and CSS with a careful eye for detail.
2–4 years of frontend or fullstack development, with a strong frontend focus.
Proven ability to collaborate closely with designers and implement design systems accurately.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and continuous iteration.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Pixel-perfect mindset (high sensitivity to small visual discrepancies, e.g., “2px off”).
Results-oriented: focused on delivering the right outcomes.
Interest in SEO and web performance.
Experience using AI tools to speed up development and improve productivity.
Portfolio/side projects showing strong UI/UX taste.

Nice-to-haves

Some exposure to GraphQL, Python, or Node.js.
Willingness to challenge design/product decisions to improve outcomes.
