About the role
Role Overview
You will work as a JavaScript Developer (Hourly Contract, Remote) supporting AI model training by evaluating and improving AI-generated frontend JavaScript code.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated JavaScript for DOM manipulation efficiency and ES6+ standards.
- Solve complex UI/UX challenges to test the model’s ability to produce responsive and interactive elements.
- Create human-readable documentation describing state flow and event handling in scripts.
- Identify bugs or anti-patterns in AI-generated frontend logic and propose optimized alternatives.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts: async/await, closures, and DOM manipulation.
- 3–5 years of experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Vue.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).
Nice to Have
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.
Logistics / Process
- Remote work, 10–40 hours/week.
- Hourly contract.
