About the role
Role Overview
Alignerr is hiring a JavaScript Developer (Hourly Contract) to support AI model training. You will evaluate AI-generated JavaScript for frontend quality, performance, and adherence to modern standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated JavaScript for DOM manipulation efficiency and ES6+ standards.
- Tackle complex UI/UX challenges to test the model’s ability to create responsive and interactive elements.
- Write human-readable documentation that explains state flow and event handling in scripts.
- Identify bugs or frontend anti-patterns in AI-generated logic and propose optimized alternatives.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts: async/await, closures, and DOM manipulation.
- 3–5 years of experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Vue.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.
