About the role

Role Overview

You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team (project management, design, and development) building digital strategies and solutions. As a Frontend / Full-Stack Developer, you help implement websites, webshops, and web applications—contributing from the first idea through to technical architecture.

Responsibilities

Build and implement digital solutions end-to-end, from initial idea to go-live
Contribute to technical architecture and overall system design
Deliver websites, webshops, and web applications with a strong focus on quality
Collaborate closely with project and design stakeholders throughout the process

Requirements

Interest in digital strategy, design, and technology, including new trends
Ownership mindset for team and projects
Fluent English or German (team communication is primarily in English)
Relevant education and/or experience as a Web Developer

Tech Stack / Core Skills

TypeScript, React, Next.js
PostgreSQL
CSS / Tailwind CSS

Nice to Have

Experience with Headless CMS (e.g., Contentful, Sanity)
Knowledge of Cloudflare / CDNs
Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform; more than CDK)
SEO and Web Accessibility
Cloud experience (e.g., Docker, AWS/Azure/Vercel/GCP, S3, Serverless/Lambda)
CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build)
Test automation
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, InVision)
Motion design / web animations
Strong motivation and eagerness to learn (knowledge sharing in the team is emphasized)
