Frontend Engineer - Vue.js (Remote)

Role Overview

Contract Frontend Engineer (Vue.js) working remotely to build and maintain user-facing web interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, responsive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize frontend applications using Vue.js with a focus on performance and accessibility
• Work with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, intuitive interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architectural decisions
• Troubleshoot and fix issues in existing frontend applications to improve functionality

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Vue.js and modern JavaScript, with component-based architecture
• Experience with state management: Vuex or Pinia
• Familiarity with frontend build tools: Webpack or Vite
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 plus responsive design
• Experience with testing frameworks: Jest or Cypress
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Haves

• Experience integrating third-party APIs (mentioned as part of the project)
