Frontend Engineer - Vue.js (Remote)

Role Overview

Contract Frontend Engineer (Vue.js) for a remote project building and maintaining user-facing web interfaces. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, responsive solutions and integrate third-party APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize frontend applications using Vue.js, focusing on performance and accessibility
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, intuitive interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and follow best practices
• Participate in code reviews and help with frontend architectural decisions
• Troubleshoot and fix issues in existing frontend applications to improve functionality

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Vue.js and modern JavaScript, with strong component-based architecture
• Experience with state management: Vuex or Pinia
• Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack or Vite
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Testing experience with Jest or Cypress
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
