Frontend Engineer - Vue.js (Remote)

Role Overview

Frontend Engineer (Vue.js) — Remote contract role working with a client team to build and maintain user-facing web interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize frontend applications using Vue.js, focusing on performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, intuitive interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues in existing frontend applications; improve functionality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Vue.js and modern JavaScript frameworks; strong component-based architecture understanding.
• Experience with state management (Vuex or Pinia).
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar).
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest or Cypress).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
