Frontend Engineer (Vue.js) — Remote

Contract role (work from anywhere) for a Frontend Developer to build and maintain user-facing interfaces using Vue.js.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize frontend applications in Vue.js, focusing on performance and accessibility
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, intuitive interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code using best practices
• Participate in code reviews and help with frontend architectural decisions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing frontend applications
• Integrate third-party APIs to enhance platform functionality

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Vue.js and modern JavaScript frameworks; solid understanding of component-based architecture
• Experience with state management: Vuex or Pinia
• Familiarity with build tools: Webpack or Vite
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design
• Testing experience with Jest or Cypress
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Contract Details

• Pay: $20–$45/hour
