Frontend Engineer - Vue.js (Remote)

Role Overview

Contract Frontend Engineer (Vue.js) working remote (work from anywhere). You’ll build and maintain user-facing interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver scalable, responsive web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize frontend applications using Vue.js, focusing on performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing frontend applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs to enhance platform functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Vue.js and modern JavaScript, with a solid understanding of component-based architecture.
• Experience with Vue state management: Vuex or Pinia.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
