Role Overview

Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer at AgileEngine, leading the development of modern, high-performance web applications. You’ll shape frontend architecture, mentor developers, and help drive best practices across code quality, accessibility, performance, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new frontend features for web applications
• Design and implement high-performance, maintainable, and reusable UI components
• Drive migrations to modern frontend tech stacks and architect scalable React features
• Visualize complex data sets using advanced frontend techniques
• Ensure best practices in frontend architecture, code quality, accessibility, and testing
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and developer mentorship
• Research and advocate for improvements in performance, scalability, and developer experience

Requirements (Must Haves)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 7+ years of software development with strong modern web frontend focus
• Strong React.js experience and component-based development
• Solid understanding of dynamic and customizable layouts
• Experience building/consuming design systems and reusable UI component libraries
• Knowledge of clean code, design patterns, and scalable frontend architecture
• Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs
• Experience with state management (Redux or Zustand)
• Experience with build tools (Vite, Webpack, or ESBuild)
• Experience with styling systems (CSS Modules, Tailwind, styled-components, or CSS-in-JS)
• Structured and analytical working style with strong collaboration skills
• Excellent English communication
