About the role
Role Overview
You’ll be a Frontend Engineer at Santa Tech, helping design and implement new features for the Myron Platform, a FinTech product used by the finance industry. You’ll work with an experienced engineering team and collaborate closely with Myron’s founding team.
How You’ll Work
- Start before coding: study the underlying data and user intent
- Design first: create interfaces in Figma, gather feedback, iterate
- Implement thoughtful front-end features based on validated designs
Responsibilities
- Translate complex data models into understandable UI, not just rendered tables
- Deliver clean, user-focused UI/UX
- Iterate with feedback cycles between design and implementation
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and React
- Figma experience (preferred)
- Strong technical foundation (degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent)
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking
Nice-to-Haves
- Demonstrated passion for clean UI/UX and design-first development
- Comfort with continuous learning and improving engineering/design skills
