About the role

Role Overview

You’ll build and improve the frontend experience of an AI-native Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) product. The focus is on product design (look & feel) and frontend engineering to create a faster, more usable experience for complex B2B workflows.

Responsibilities

Drive the product’s look and feel by standardizing layouts and UI patterns
Build high-performance user interfaces that handle complex data and operations
Deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly designs
Increase development velocity using component architecture and frontend best practices
Own the frontend experience end-to-end

Requirements

Strong frontend fundamentals with deep React and TypeScript experience
Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel
Startup mindset: experience as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder
Ability to choose simple and effective tools for implementation
Strong commitment to pixel-perfect UX and design sensibility
Clear, persuasive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated growth and ability to operate above current level
Experience building high-performance UIs that stay fast under load
Experience developing complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
