About the role

Role Overview

Build and improve the frontend experience for an AI-native FP&A product. You’ll work end-to-end on product look and feel, delivering performant, pixel-perfect interfaces for complex B2B workflows.

Responsibilities

Drive the product look and feel by standardizing layouts and UI patterns
Build high-performance user interfaces for complex data and operations
Deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly designs
Increase development velocity via component architecture and frontend best practices
Own the frontend experience end-to-end

Requirements

Strong frontend fundamentals with deep React and TypeScript experience
Familiarity with Next.js and the Vercel ecosystem
Startup-oriented mindset (e.g., founder/engineering lead/startup builder)
Ability to choose simple, effective tools for implementation
Strong commitment to UX and pixel-perfect design
Clear, persuasive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated growth and ability to operate above your current level
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Experience building fast UIs that remain performant under load
Experience with complex B2B products, ideally building from scratch
