About the role

Role Overview

You will build and refine the frontend of an AI-native FP&A product, focusing on product design polish and performant user interfaces for complex operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Drive the product “look and feel” by standardizing layouts and UI patterns
Build high-performing user interfaces that handle complex data and operations
Deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly designs
Increase development velocity through component architecture and frontend best practices
Own the frontend experience end-to-end

Requirements

Strong frontend fundamentals with deep React and TypeScript experience
Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel
Startup-oriented mindset (e.g., founder, engineering lead, or startup builder)
Ability to choose simple, effective tools
Commitment to pixel-perfect design and great UX
Clear, persuasive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated growth and ability to operate above your current level
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Experience building high-performance UIs that remain fast under load
Experience with complex B2B products (ideally building from scratch)
