About the role

Role Overview

Build and improve the frontend of an AI-native FP&A product, focusing on product look & feel, high-performance user interfaces, and end-to-end frontend ownership.

Responsibilities

Drive product look and feel by standardizing layouts and UI patterns
Build performant UIs capable of handling complex data and operations
Deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly designs
Increase development velocity via component architecture and frontend best practices
Own the frontend experience end-to-end

Requirements

Strong frontend fundamentals with deep React and TypeScript experience
Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel
Founder/engineering lead/startup builder background with a proactive mindset
Ability to choose simple, effective implementation tools
Strong commitment to pixel-perfect UX and design quality
Clear, persuasive communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Evidence of growth and operating above current level
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Experience building high-performance UIs that remain fast under load
Experience developing complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
