Frontend Engineer

Build and improve the frontend experience for an AI-native FP&A product used by finance teams.

Responsibilities

Drive the product look and feel by standardizing layouts and UI patterns
Build performant user interfaces that handle complex data and operations
Deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly designs
Improve development velocity via component architecture and frontend best practices
Own the frontend experience end-to-end

Requirements

Strong frontend fundamentals with deep React and TypeScript experience
Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel
Startup-style background (e.g., founder, engineering lead, or startup builder) with a proactive mindset
Ability to choose simple, effective tools for implementation
Strong commitment to pixel-perfect design and user experience
Clear, persuasive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated growth and willingness to operate above current level
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Experience building high-performance UIs that stay fast under load
Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
