About the role
Role Overview
Frontend Engineer for an AI-native FP&A product. You’ll improve product design and build performant, pixel-perfect user interfaces that help teams work more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product look and feel by standardizing layouts and UI patterns
- Build performant frontends that handle complex data and operations
- Deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly designs
- Increase development velocity via component architecture and frontend best practices
- Own the frontend experience end-to-end
Requirements
- Strong frontend fundamentals with deep React and TypeScript experience
- Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel
- Startup/founder/engineering-lead/startup-builder background; proactive mindset
- Ability to choose simple, effective tools for implementation
- Commitment to pixel-perfect design and strong UX
- Clear, persuasive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated growth and ability to operate above current level
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Experience building high-performance UIs that stay fast under load
- Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
Nice-to-haves
- Direct experience taking a complex B2B product from scratch
- Experience creating robust UI patterns/component systems in production
