Role Overview

Frontend Engineer for an AI-native FP&A product. You’ll improve product design and build performant, pixel-perfect user interfaces that help teams work more efficiently.

Responsibilities

Drive the product look and feel by standardizing layouts and UI patterns
Build performant frontends that handle complex data and operations
Deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly designs
Increase development velocity via component architecture and frontend best practices
Own the frontend experience end-to-end

Requirements

Strong frontend fundamentals with deep React and TypeScript experience
Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel
Startup/founder/engineering-lead/startup-builder background; proactive mindset
Ability to choose simple, effective tools for implementation
Commitment to pixel-perfect design and strong UX
Clear, persuasive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated growth and ability to operate above current level
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Experience building high-performance UIs that stay fast under load
Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch

Nice-to-haves

Direct experience taking a complex B2B product from scratch
Experience creating robust UI patterns/component systems in production
