Role overview
Frontend Engineer for an AI-native FP&A product. You’ll improve the product’s user experience and build performant, pixel-perfect interfaces for complex financial workflows.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product look & feel by standardizing layouts and UI patterns
- Build high-performance user interfaces that handle complex data and operations
- Deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly designs
- Increase development velocity through strong component architecture and frontend best practices
- Own the frontend experience end-to-end
Requirements
- Strong frontend fundamentals with deep React and TypeScript experience
- Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel
- Startup mindset; background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder (proactive)
- Ability to choose simple, effective tools for implementation
- Strong commitment to UX and pixel-perfect design
- Clear, persuasive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated growth and ability to operate above your current level
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Experience building high-performance UIs that stay fast under load
- Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
