Role overview

Frontend Engineer for an AI-native FP&A product. You’ll improve the product’s user experience and build performant, pixel-perfect interfaces for complex financial workflows.

Responsibilities

Drive the product look & feel by standardizing layouts and UI patterns
Build high-performance user interfaces that handle complex data and operations
Deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly designs
Increase development velocity through strong component architecture and frontend best practices
Own the frontend experience end-to-end

Requirements

Strong frontend fundamentals with deep React and TypeScript experience
Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel
Startup mindset; background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder (proactive)
Ability to choose simple, effective tools for implementation
Strong commitment to UX and pixel-perfect design
Clear, persuasive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated growth and ability to operate above your current level
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Experience building high-performance UIs that stay fast under load
Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
