About the role

Role Overview

Joveo AI is hiring a Frontend Engineer to build user-facing experiences for its recruitment advertising platform. You will collaborate with design and engineering teams to turn complex data and workflows into fast, accessible, and intuitive interfaces for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable UI components and frontend systems
Implement pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces from design specifications
Optimize Core Web Vitals, rendering performance, and accessibility (WCAG)
Collaborate with backend teams to define and consume API contracts
Write comprehensive tests for UI components and interaction flows
Contribute to and maintain a shared frontend design system

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in React or Next.js with TypeScript
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern browser rendering behavior
Experience with state management, data fetching, and client-side routing
Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA (or higher)
Experience with frontend testing frameworks: Jest, Playwright, or Cypress
Strong design sense and ability to work closely with designers
