Frontend Engineer (React.js / Next.js)

Role Overview

Senior/Staff Front-End Engineer to help build a new high-performance, web-based trading terminal. You will translate complex trading functionality into a seamless, fast, user-centric React/Next.js application with real-time capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a responsive, user-centric web application using React/Next.js and TypeScript
• Implement performance and usability best practices, with strong attention to mobile optimization
• Integrate and manage real-time data streams using WebSockets to support trading features
• Collaborate with back-end/full-stack engineers to ensure smooth front-end/back-end integration
• Solve complex technical problems and propose effective, innovative improvements to user experience
• Maintain high code quality with clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Contribute to technical decision-making (stack and design choices)

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end development experience
• Strong focus on React/Next.js and TypeScript
• Proven experience building frontend components for trading platforms/exchanges
• Experience acting as a key decision-maker for front-end architecture/components
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks and projects
• Expertise building fast, dynamic, optimized web interfaces
• Comfort handling real-time data and WebSocket management
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency, DeFi, and trading trends

Nice to Have

• Experience influencing or leading major front-end platform components (e.g., terminal/critical UX flows)
