About the role

Role overview

Frontend Engineer (multiple openings) focused on building UIs where the interface is a first-class engineering problem.

What you’ll be working with

  • React / Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Zustand

Opportunities / partner roles (examples)

  • Senior Frontend Developer (San Francisco, on-site): $180k–$240k + equity — UI ownership for developer tools built with AI-native products.
  • Full-Stack Engineer with frontend ownership (London): £100k–£175k + equity — own the UX of real-time AI systems used in enterprise workflows.
  • Full Stack Engineer (Warsaw, Seed): $75k–$150k + equity.
  • Product Engineer (Warsaw/Remote): PLN 180k–300k + equity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build component systems you create, not ones you merely inherit.
  • Deliver UI/UX that users actively notice as “better and great.”
  • Treat frontend work as serious engineering, especially for real-time and AI-native experiences (for relevant roles).

Requirements

  • Strong frontend engineering background (matched by language skills and experience to live roles).
  • Proven ability to build high-quality UI using modern frontend technologies (React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building UX for real-time applications and/or AI-native products.
  • Experience as a frontend owner (owning UX end-to-end).
