About the role

Role Overview

Staff Frontend Engineer for a B2B SaaS platform, responsible for shaping frontend architecture and UI/interaction standards. You will integrate AI-native workflows into product development while partnering closely with design, product, backend, and data teams.

Responsibilities

Own major areas of the frontend architecture, making decisions on scalability, performance, and UI/UX consistency.
Use AI-assisted development tools daily to accelerate UI development, prototyping, debugging, and testing.
Define and implement how AI enhances both product features and internal frontend workflows.
Design and develop polished, production-ready interfaces with strong focus on responsiveness, accessibility, and maintainability.
Build reusable UI components/libraries/abstractions to enable rapid and consistent development at scale.
Collaborate cross-functionally (design, product, backend, data) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Continuously improve usability using customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation.
Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of craftsmanship, speed, and ownership.

Requirements

Extensive experience building and scaling complex modern web applications and frontend systems.
Deep expertise in frontend architecture, component systems, state management, and performance optimization.
Strong UX sensibility: accessibility, interaction design, responsiveness, and visual precision.
Experience designing scalable UI architectures and maintaining consistency across large products/teams.
Track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable, performant frontend software in production.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
System-thinking and the ability to balance rapid execution with high quality.
Product-minded engineering judgment focused on customer needs and business goals.

Nice-to-Haves

Practical experience with AI engineering and design tooling such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code.
