Frontend Engineer (Js, TypeScript)

Role Overview

Front End Developer to build and enhance user-facing features for Adobe Firefly, an innovative creative tool. You’ll work closely with application engineers, design teams, product managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless, engaging, state-of-the-art user experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance the user experience for Adobe Firefly
• Collaborate with design teams and product managers to translate ideas into interactive prototypes
• Engage with customers to identify pain points, conduct A/B testing, and refine workflows for usability
• Stay current on development, testing, and deployment best practices
• Implement scalable, efficient, high-quality code and adhere to industry standards
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing; advocate for user-centric design
• Support continuous integration and deployment to streamline product releases

Requirements

• 3+ years building interactive web applications (preferably creative tools domain)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven expertise building/deploying interactive web apps using React
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Strong understanding of functional programming style
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently in hybrid/remote settings
• Knowledge of modern web technologies, including security, asynchrony, and performance optimization
