Frontend Engineer - JavaScript (Remote)

Role Overview

Contract Frontend Engineer (JavaScript, Remote) working on user-facing features for a platform focused on global talent access and AI-driven workflows. You’ll build and maintain frontend functionality with modern web technologies and help deliver a strong user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow
• Implement responsive and accessible UI components aligned with design system guidelines
• Perform code reviews and write unit tests to maintain code quality
• Troubleshoot frontend bugs and improve performance

Required Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (or similar frontend frameworks)
• Experience with state management (e.g., Redux or Context API)
• Strong understanding of responsive design and CSS methodologies
• Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack or Vite
• Experience integrating with RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Testing experience with Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Experience with Git

Nice to Have

• Prior experience on AI/workflow-driven platforms (implied by the project context)
