About the role

Role Overview

You will join an expanding team to design, develop, and maintain high-quality e-commerce websites on the Shopify Plus platform. The role involves collaborating with project managers, designers, and clients to deliver tailored solutions and excellent user experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize Shopify Plus themes and templates to meet client requirements
Implement features using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Integrate third-party apps/APIs to enhance store capabilities
Optimize performance for fast load times and smooth user experiences
Test, debug, and launch e-commerce websites
Collaborate with designers to ensure visual and functional consistency
Maintain documentation of development processes and technical specs
Stay current with Shopify features, trends, and best practices
Provide post-launch support and troubleshooting

Requirements

Proven experience in Shopify Plus development with a portfolio of successful projects
Strong proficiency in Liquid templating, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with Shopify API, webhooks, and third-party integrations
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Understanding of SEO best practices and site performance optimization
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and teams

Nice to Have

Experience with version control (e.g., Git)
