Role Overview

Frontend Engineer (Software Engineer) to develop, maintain, and enhance SCAYLE’s e-commerce platform. You’ll collaborate with product management, design, and QA to deliver high-quality software that meets client and industry requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient software for the e-commerce platform
Translate product/design requirements into technical specifications
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices
Conduct code reviews and participate in team discussions to ensure software quality
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance
Stay current with industry trends and apply innovative technologies
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
Support testing and deployment for smooth releases and updates
Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven software development experience with web technologies and cloud-based platforms
Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks/tools: React, Angular, or Vue.js
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Database management experience with SQL and NoSQL
Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have

Prior experience in e-commerce or SaaS platforms
