Frontend Engineer

Role Overview

Own the end-to-end development of modern, user-facing web applications. You’ll work with product designers and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, performant, and scalable frontend experiences used by millions daily.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across devices and browsers
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful and GraphQL backend APIs
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and help define frontend engineering standards

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience focused on modern frontend development
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and the React ecosystem (including state management)
• Proven ability to build and ship responsive, accessible web applications to production
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization (rendering, caching, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, Server-Side Rendering, WebSockets, or mobile development frameworks
