About the role

Role Overview

Own the development and optimization of high-performance, user-facing web applications. You’ll ensure responsive design, robust state management, and low latency across modern browsers while partnering with product, UX, and backend teams.

Responsibilities

Architect and build scalable, maintainable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
Optimize performance by reducing bundle sizes, applying caching strategies, and minimizing render cycles
Collaborate with UX to translate wireframes/design systems into pixel-perfect, accessible UI components
Integrate APIs using REST and GraphQL, managing local/remote state with Redux Toolkit or React Query
Write tests: unit, integration, and end-to-end with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to frontend architecture standards

Requirements

3–6 years of professional software engineering with strong modern frontend focus
Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and modern React (hooks, concurrent rendering)
Proven experience shipping and maintaining production-grade web apps at scale
Strong understanding of web performance, SEO, and WAI-ARIA accessibility
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

Next.js and SSR/SSG experience
Mobile development experience with React Native
