Frontend Engineer

Role Overview

Join EvenUp’s Cases Product Engineering team as a Frontend Engineer. You’ll architect and build cutting-edge software integrations, working closely with backend engineers and product/design partners to enhance the integration engine and support future product innovation.

Key Missions

• Collaborate with backend engineers, product owners, and designers to deliver efficient, innovative solutions.
• Design and develop user interfaces and contribute to integration architecture, including documenting technical interface requirements.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle across the stack—taking ownership from conception → deployment → iteration.
• Integrate with third-party vendor systems and build efficient, reliable integration frameworks.

Profile / Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building applications/services.
• Strong software fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and familiarity with protocols such as SOAP, REST, and GraphQL; experience with SQL.
• Clear communication: explain technical ideas/issues in an actionable, easy-to-understand way.
• Ability to craft and follow industry best practices for RESTful API design and development.
• Extensive experience with third-party integrations and engineering integration frameworks.

Nice to Have

• React and TypeScript experience.
• Experience with AI, legal tech, and/or social impact projects.
• Experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with other engineers.
