Location: Sunrise, FL (3 days onsite)
Duration: 6–12+ months

Role Overview

Build and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications with React.js
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into clean, efficient code
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams
• Create reusable, scalable component libraries
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance
• Apply modern UI/UX principles to improve usability and accessibility
• Take ownership of end-to-end UI development (including design involvement)
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Follow best practices (clean coding, modular architecture, testing)

Mandatory Skills / Requirements

• React.js (Advanced)
• Hooks, Context API, and Redux/Zustand for state management
• Functional components and lifecycle management
• Performance optimization (e.g., lazy loading, memoization)
• UI/UX design experience (mandatory)
  • Typography, color theory, spacing, and layout
  • Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Knowledge of design systems and component-driven design
• Frontend fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Responsive design: Flexbox, Grid
• CSS frameworks: Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI
• Version control: Git and Git workflows

Preferred Skills

• Next.js
• TypeScript
• UI performance tuning
• Accessibility knowledge (WCAG)
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum

Experience

• 8–10 years in Frontend/UI development
• 2–3 years hands-on UI/UX design experience
