Role: Frontend Engineer - AI Trainer

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help develop and improve cutting-edge AI systems. This role supports AI training by completing and evaluating programming tasks, with the flexibility to work remotely and choose your own schedule.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models

Requirements

Fluent English (native or bilingual level)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Previous experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kotlin
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Compensation & Work Model

Fully remote (work from anywhere in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand)
Flexible schedule; choose which projects to take on and when you work
Hourly pay: up to $60 USD/hour, with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance
